Inside Sales/Sales Administration
The qualified candidate is required to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. This person will be responsible for cold calling customers, quote preparation, confirming orders, entering customer information, tracking repairs and updating customers on repair status. The candidate should have International Sales experience and CRM experience. The ideal candidate should have a good technical aptitude with electronic and mechanical sales background. Customer satisfaction, product quality and on time delivery is the assumed result of this activity. The preferred candidate will be technical in nature with basic computer skills in business software. Good communication skills and attention to detail are needed to assure customer satisfaction. This person can start immediately.
