This card is designed to exceed the performance of the best manipulator solutions as well as allow full range measurements with the most advanced parametric analyzers on the market.
The AttofastTM probe card is designed to introduce minimal leakage, low pin to pin capacitance and minimum effective probe capacitance. Fast Settling time reduces test time. The T40AFIC version is a design that has internal connectors on the body which limits temperature range to 200°C and that mates with existing probe cards previously sold by Cascade.
