- Single Site Probe Cards (T40)
- The 40 mm tile was designed for mounting on a standard 4.5” Probe card holder. The 1.6 mm (0.062") thick rails allow the chassis to slip into a probe card holders for most analytical probe stations. High temperature cables (Low noise coax on the T40AF and T40LL) are compatible with -65 to 300°C continuous operation. The connection to triaxial cable harnesses is made through connectors mounted away from the hot wafer chuck area. Celadon has designed cable interface kits that are directly compatible with a variety of commercially available test systems and probe stations.
- Multi-Site Probe Cards (T72, T220, T320)
- The 72 mm tile was designed for mounting on a standard 4.5” Probe card holder. The 1.6 mm (0.062") thick rails allow the chassis to slip into a planarity adjustable probe card holders for most analytical probe stations. High temperature cables (Low noise coax on the T72LL) are compatible with -65 to 300°C continuous operation. The connection to triaxial cable harnesses is made through connectors mounted away from the hot wafer chuck area. Celadon has designed cable interface kits that are directly compatible with a variety of commercially available test systems and probe stations.
- VersaTiles™ for Positioner or VersaPlate™ Mounts
- Celadon has reduced the size of a probe card down so that it will fit on a conventional 3-hole mount probe positioner. You can switch from RF to DC test using the same probe holder. And the design does not compromise performance. With a Celadon approved positioner gives you stable probing at +300°C is possible on entire test patterns for low level DC characterization. This is also a great solution for Multi-Site wafer level reliability. On magnetic stands, the positioner can be readily moved to accommodate changes in wafer die pitch. Positioners are available with X, Y, Z, planarity, and theta adjust . Multi-Site adjustable pitch WLR is now a reality at an affordable price.
