This aligner works by moving the probe tips under the optical imaging system. The operator adjusts the tips with tweezers into an optical x-y target and z height optical reference plane.

  • The imaging system itself is stationary and the prove card moves using a closed loop encoded optical imaging system.
  • The aligner options include different microscopes, cameras, monitors, fixtures, probe card holders, force sensor, continuity tester and a wafer chuck.
  • Many other options are available.
  • Analyzers can be optimized for each application by the Celadon Engineering Department.
