4.5" Probe Card to Celadon Modular Adapter
Interface plate allows mounting Celadon T40 and T72 probe cards without internal connector to Celadon Modular Adapters.
Product is compatible with 4.5" probe card holders that have pigtails. For Non Celadon probe cards, please contact Celadon Application Engineering to check on fit.
Product allows easy removal from top of Celadon Modular AdapterTM for rapid probe card changes.
