Shown here is a high Rigidity adapter with an insert to allow the use of products designed for the 200 mm market such as T200 products and 4.5 to 200 mm adapter.

• High Rigidity adapter for autoprobers.
• This device does not have a theta adjustment.
• High Rigidity is needed to ensure equal probe overdrive across the wafer for uniform contact and scrub.
• Allows users to have designed accessories based on Celadon 200 mm Celadon Modular Adapter^TM to use it on 300 mm products.
